Acquisio is a performance media solution that enables digital marketers to optimize their search campaigns and report on social, mobile and display initiatives. After receiving robust funding (~25M$), their fast growth required an improved understanding of their customers' journeys when interacting with their service.
Once we incorporated customer journey mapping with Above-The-Line and Below-The-Line targeting, we worked with Acquisio to create detailed customer personas based on their existing funnel. We then used those personas to take a deep dive across touch points to set concrete goals and KPIs aiming to improve users' experience and efficiency.

With our help, Acquisio was able to acquire a greater understanding of their customers' end-to-end journey. This is especially important in an organization where many key stakeholders exist in silos and touchpoint-focused KPIs are often agnostic to the overall journey/goal of the customer.
